About Us
Cajamarca Colombia to the World

OUR STORY
My grandfather believed coffee could be more than a crop. He hiked through rugged trails to meet farmers face to face, selecting the finest beans and paying fairly for their craft. His dream wasn’t just about coffee - it was about dignity, community, and legacy. That dream passed from father to son - and then to his grandson across oceans.

Who are we
Volcán Coffee was born in Cajamarca, Colombia, shaped by the land around Volcán Machín — the volcano that gives strength to our soil and character to our coffee.
This is how I connect my hometown with the community that welcomed me in the UK. Let's honour the farmers who grow our coffee, celebrate Colombian identity, and help UK consumers understand the true journey of each bean — from the hands that grow it to the cup on their table.
At Volcán Coffee, origin isn’t just a place. It’s our purpose.

Our Coffee Journey
In the misty mountains of Cajamarca, my grandfather believed coffee could be more than a crop - it could be a legacy. That vision passed to me. After living abroad, I returned to dusty trails and volcanic soil and rediscovered purpose. Volcán Coffee was born. Handpicked, hand-roasted, each bean invites you to slow down and taste our story in every sip.

colombian origin

Growing coffee at high altitudes - like in the volcanic mountains of Cajamarca - offers several remarkable benefits that contribute directly to the quality, flavour, and value of our coffee.
