🌊 Pour Over (V60 / Kalita)

Flavor: Clean, sweet, and vibrant.
Perfect for: Highlighting caramel and red fruit notes.
Brew Guide: 15g coffee → 250ml water · Medium grind · 92–94°C · Slow circular pour.

🪶 French Press

Pro Tip:

For all methods, use freshly ground Castillo Decaf and filtered water around 92–94°C for the best balance of sweetness and body.

 

 

 

 

 

SHIPPING INFO

UK Shipping Costs (unless otherwise stated)

  • All UK parcel shipments are sent Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) 

  • Cut off time is 5pm for our next day service although often we're able to send parcels out even later depending on when the courier comes to pick up from us. 

  • Any orders that do not make the cut off will be sent out the following day.

  • We try our best to send everything out as quickly as possible. Sometimes we may run out of stock as we only roast enough for our orders each week to make sure our coffee is as fresh as possible. If we run out your order will be shipped as soon as our new batch is roasted and you will be notified of any delay.

  • Sometimes parcels get delayed within the couriers systems. Luckily it doesn't happen often but these rare events are out of our control. Please allow 5 working days for any parcels to arrive.

If we cannot ship the goods within this timeframe, we will notify you ASAP and agree on another time for shipment. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer you a refund.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ur return policy is valid for 32 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods like coffee and food. However, if there are any issues with these products, we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or a refund. 

Returns will be processed either via mail or via a designated drop off location without restocking fee. Upon safe retrieval of the item we will process appropriate exchange or refund within 7 working days.
